I’ve been coming to Falali from the very beginning, and they’ve never once let me down. The salon has two amazing stylists. They cut and style hair with so much skill and care, and you can tell they genuinely want every customer to walk out happy. Over the years I’ve had both haircuts and hair treatments done here, and every single time the results have turned out even better than I expected. They really listen to what I want, offer helpful suggestions, and somehow manage to make my vague ideas look good in real life. From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with a smile and made to feel comfortable.They’ve even stayed past closing to finish my treatment without rushing. They always take the time to make sure I’m happy with the length, style, and overall look before I leave. If you’re looking for a place where they truly care about your hair and your happiness, I recommend this salon without hesitation. Five stars easily!

My go-to and the best hair stylist in Seattle! I’ve been going to Olivia for 4+ visits now at Falali in Chinatown, and she never disappoints. She’s incredibly detail-oriented and especially great with Asian hair and cutting layers. She consistently makes my hair look voluminous and healthy. Olivia is also super sweet and speaks Cantonese, Mandarin, and English. I really appreciate that she takes the time to teach you how to style your hair with a straightener, which is very convenient for everyday styling. The salon is also very affordable for a cut, wash, and blowout. I’ve recommended Olivia to three friends already, and they all loved their haircuts. Just a heads-up that it’s a busy salon, so be sure to book an appointment in advance and expect a bit of a wait. Highly recommend!

It’s so hard not to recommend Falali. I’ve been going here for 3 years and Eva and Olivia are the very best at what they do. You can feel how much they care about your hair. I’ve gotten hair dyes, hair cuts, treatments, long hair, short hair, perm, they do it all at a price that feels more than fair for the quality of work. Getting my hair washed, cut, consultation, plus post wash, and styled is the best. I have recommended so many people over these last couple of years to go to Falali, and I urge you to get your hair taken care of by them as well too. English/Chinese speaking are both welcome, please tell them Eric sent you!
